If so, Patty Baker Humane Society Naples (PBHSN), Southwest Florida's state-of-the-art premier no-kill shelter, invites you to apply for the position of full time Client Services Representative. PBHSN operates a full-service small animal practice that is open to the public. We are seeking a service-oriented but assertive individual to provide clients and their companion animals with a positive appointment-making, check-in, and check-out experience. 

Under the direction and guidance of the Client Services Manager, and in cooperation with other team members, Client Services Representatives:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Welcome and check in clients and patients
  • Check out clients and patients
  • Collect and process payments
  • Communicate with clients before and after appointments as needed
  • Provide clients with accurate information in a friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional manner

We're looking for:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • At least one year experience in customer service in any industry
  • At least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferred 
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clients
  • Phone skills, including a clear speaking voice
  • Accurate data entry and money handling skills
  • Work well within a team
  • Be responsive to professional feedback and direction
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs, cats, and other small mammals

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay starts at $18.00/hr. Paid weekly.
