The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Lambertville, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and promptly.
Provide quotes for new business and remarket existing policies when appropriate.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, friendly service.
Review coverage and policy details with clients to ensure proper protection.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to producers.
Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system.
Assist with policy renewals by reviewing accounts for coverage needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school or GED required
Minimum 1-year prior insurance experience preferred
Basic technology and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience using AMS 360 or similar Agency Management System
Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and rating (preferred)
Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
