Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that ensure the smooth running of daily activities. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining files, preparing documents, and assisting with correspondence. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate distribution.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to avoid shortages and excess stock.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
