Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work to develop and maintain accurate master data for project related financials and overall department financials.  

2. Maintain financial reports, correspondence, processes, technical documents and controls.

3. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely metrics that ensure data quality and consistency. 

4. Update financial processes and procedures where required.  Communicate accurate information clearly and concisely. 

5. Review and process invoices and record costs, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity.

6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 

7. Understand. Create. Simplify. 

8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Related associate degree or equivalent experience

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Access, and Excel programs

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Pay Range Data:

$28.04 - $41.43 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
