The Quotation Specialist is responsible for analyzing project complexity and risk to determine accurate costs. They also generate quotes for customers and coordinate with the production department regarding project requirements.

Qualifications

You have the ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and understand the fundamentals of electronic components and PCBs. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and can price up Bill of Materials (BOM) while collecting quotes from PCB suppliers.

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Analyze the complexity and risk of the project and determine the cost.
  • Communicate and discuss the risk and complexity of the project with the Production department when needed.
  • Generate and provide quotes to customers.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

  • Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to understand the basics of electronic components.
  • Ability to understand the basics of PCB.
  • Ability to price up BOM and collect quotes from PCB suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
