Skylos Sports Medicine, a BluePearl Partner, is seeking Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Ellicott City, MD.

Pay: $19.50 - $27.50 / hour
This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

As a Veterinary Receptionist:

  • You are a compassionate listener, approachable, and welcoming.

  • You are organized and effective at multi-tasking.

  • You have clear, professional, and efficient communication.

  • You will assess clients needs upon arrival as well as the patient's general condition.  

  • You are responsible for collecting deposits and payments for services.

  • You are responsible for confirming all appointments in advance ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.  

  • You serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains by ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
