 We are seeking outstanding CNA's and Nursing Assistants to join our team. This position is currently offering a special Sign on Bonus of $1,000—just ask us how it works!

Your Role as a Vivia Assistant:

As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhood, building meaningful relationships and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes.
Location: Oahu, Hawaii *must be currently residing on or moving soon to Hawaii to apply*
Our Vivia assistants are CNAs or Nursing Assistants who:

• Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement
• Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses
• Work a CONSISTANT FULL TIME schedule
• Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS *except during some holidays
• Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S)
• Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS
• WORK CLOSELY and are SUPPORTED by a designated RN team leader and scheduler.
• Assist clients with personal care, homemaker tasks, errands, etc
• Create meaningful connections!

What Makes you Qualified:

• Currently residing on or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
• Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (we accept Active, Out of State and Inactive licenses or certifications)
• Comfortable driving on Oahu
• Current valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR/First Aide certification preferred
• Received a High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screening
• Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
• 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
