Tasks

• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for equipment delivery, setup, and pickup to ensure timely and efficient service for clients.
• Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and collaborate with the team to maintain optimal stock levels and availability.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of rental contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and billing.
• Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining organized files and records related to operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment rental operations or oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
