At Drybar, our Stylists are more than amazing at blowouts — they create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. We are looking for talented, polished, and service-driven stylists who are passionate about hair, committed to excellence, and take pride in maintaining a clean, beautiful salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:    •    Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail    •    Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs    •    Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals    •    Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations    •    Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment    •    Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times    •    Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces    •    Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards    •    Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols

We are looking for a hair stylist who has:

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state of Texas
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.

Hey cosmetology students!!  We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
