You Will Be Trusted To:
· Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
· Communicate clearly with customers, builders, and team members
· Solve problems in real time while following company policies
· Identify whether issues are internal or involve third parties or trades
· Explain solutions clearly while protecting customer trust and company interests

You Qualify With:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or related environment
· Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with strong data entry accuracy
· Clear and professional communication skills
· Dependable with strong attendance and ability to follow processes
· Reliable transportation; this is an on site role

Additional Success Factors:
· Experience in home services or related industries such as garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or auto parts
· Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems
· Experience supporting field service teams
· Knowledge of garage door products and services
