We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front desk calendar.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
