Job Description

Wage:  $17.78 per hour 

Schedule – Full-Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for reporting outcomes and achievements of the center and the student. As a part of the administrative team, you will organize and prioritize schedules, events, and reporting activities.  

Essential functions: 

  1. Maintain records and files, and appropriate office supplies.
  2. Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents. 
  3. Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available. 
  4. Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments. 
  5. Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • One (1) year related experience. 
  • A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record.
