Job Description

Wage - $22.87 per hour.

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

  1. Interview interested candidates and obtained required information on each one, ensure all documents required to support eligibility are obtained, properly completed, and included in applicant's folder. 
  2. Maintain accountability logs of organizations contacted, individuals contacted, referrals to screening agencies and subsequent enrollments. 
  3. Follow established plans, procedures, systems, goals and objectives to ensure Job Corp Outreach & Admissions contract compliance and achievement of DOL established outcomes
  4. Meet or exceed student admissions goals each month. 
  5. Stay current with center statistics and maintain continuous contact with the center to coordinate efforts, discuss problems and develop resolutions. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field; or Associate’s degree and two years related experience required. 
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort. 
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
