Position Overview:
Towne Mortgage Company, an award-winning remote company, is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This part-time, remote, paid internship offers a flexible work environment with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a variety of digital marketing materials, including flyers, email templates, and social media content.
• Assist with copywriting for email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing materials.
• Scheduling social media posts using Buffer or similar platforms
• Contribute to website UX/UI improvements (helpful, but not required).
• Assist with HR-related marketing efforts such as developing and publishing content for the internal intranet, designing team member-branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts), and working with external e-store vendor.
• Become an advocate of our culture and adhere to our core values.
• Support day-to-day tasks and other functions as assigned.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills are essential (portfolio required).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field with applicable experience.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
