Job Description

Description

We're looking for a dependable Bag Line Operator to join our feed mill team at the Goodhue, MN, location. In this role, you'll package feed, keep the work area clean, operate a forklift, and support daily mill operations. This is a full-time position with typical hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday; overtime is expected and is paid after 40 hours worked in a work week.

Requirements

  • Bag and package feed accurately and efficiently
  • Perform housekeeping duties to keep the mill clean and safe
  • Operate a forklift and move materials safely
  • Assist with general labor tasks throughout the feed mill
  • Work as part of a team and help with other feed mill duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow safety rules and work instructions
  • Basic math and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; work on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work around dust, noise, and moving equipment
  • Forklift experience is helpful, but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.50 per hour and is based on job-related skills and background experience. This position is a part of the monthly quality bonus program.
