Our New Berlin team is looking for someone with mobile field service, maintenance, mechanics, or prior military experience to join our team as a Field Service Technician. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer service excellence on a daily basis.

The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on mobile support and expertise to our diverse client base. From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

  • Utilize your technical proficiency to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities in handling diverse and unpredictable field situations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Analytical thinking and adaptability to new technologies (PC Computers and MS Office software)
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
  • Technical/troubleshooting competence and a willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical maintenance, and electronics
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Possess a valid Class B CDL or a willingness to obtain one
  • Associate degree from a two-year college/technical school in Manufacturing, Technical, or Electronics Program, or equivalent work experience 

Typical Hours: Monday to Friday. Some overtime hours and flexibility are required.
