The Position:

We are adding a PT to our passionate and talented team in Chicago. This position is available for part-time beginning immediately! If desired, this position could grow to full-time. This caseload consists of primarily private pay and private insurance clients. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering critical, play-based therapy to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
• Complete all required documentation for clients
• Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
• Provide family education and training
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals

Requirements:

• DPT in Physical Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy
• Pediatric Physical Therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

Preferred:

• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking

You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how our PTs are helping children take their next steps.
