Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, other related alloys, and engineering grade plastics. Our products include plate, sheet and extensive offerings of long products for general engineering, aerospace and commercial markets.

Currently we are looking for Production/Office Coordinator in our Bensalem, PA Corporate Headquarters.

Work Schedule:

9am-6pm Monday-Friday

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review sales orders and verify accuracy to match pick tickets.
• compile records of unfilled orders
• Prepare packing slips, list items sold, amount due, and date of shipment.
• Study shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, working assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
• Expedite orders to meet promised delivery dates.
• Adjust inventory balances in our ERP system to reflect orders shipped and maintain accurate inventory.
• Examine outgoing packing slips to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Compile data to track orders.
• Compare and maintain accurate physical inventory to ERP and office records.
• Determine space requirements and position of shipment in boxcars and trucks and lay out position of shipment
• Manage physical inventory/cycle counting program and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness. 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong ability to read and write English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced math skills.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient excel skills 
• Possess strong problem solving, decision making, analytical skills, and organizational skills
• Maintain quality assurance while meeting performance goals
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
