Description
Field Service Representative (FSR) —
Kreg Therapeutics | Hospital-Based Operations | Reports to Ops Manager & Local Supervisors
Tuesday thru Saturday 1pm to 9pm
The Role
Support hospital partners by delivering, setting up, servicing, and picking up specialty rental medical equipment. This hands-on role includes driving, customer service, equipment cleaning/disinfecting, and basic troubleshooting.
Training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a 28-foot box truck (about 10–250 miles/day)
- Deliver/service/pick up equipment and coordinate routes with Central Dispatch
- Provide professional on-site support and basic equipment guidance to hospital staff
- Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prep equipment for patient use
- Move and maneuver equipment/beds up to 1,000 lbs using provided tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing/walking/bending throughout shift
- Complete daily reporting using mobile/email/company software
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check + drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- Customer/service experience preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving
- Available for Tuesday thru Saturday 1pm to 9pm.
