The maintenance technician is responsible for the efficient operation, upkeep, and physical condition of property buildings and grounds. Duties include completing service requests within 24 hours, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

Qualifications

You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are customer service oriented. You will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds, completing onsite and preventative maintenance to ensure the physical condition of the property.

Job Description

 

Job Summary:

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours
Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times
Maintain vacant units daily

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property. Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
Must be customer service oriented
