Job DetailsJob Location: GFI Atlanta - Decatur, GA 30034Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School or GEDSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Overview   The Pricing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Finance team by maintaining pricing accuracy, administering customer pricing programs, and ensuring timely execution of price changes across the organization. This position supports pricing strategy through detailed analysis, process coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership teams.   What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:   Accurately maintain and administer customer pricing, allowances, and discount files. Execute price changes, updates, and additions within GFI’s ERP system in a timely manner. Manage pricing and discount requests while facilitating the appropriate approval process. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership teams to prioritize pricing initiatives and requests. Provide pricing data and reporting support to Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Finance teams. Work closely with the Sales Finance Manager to improve pricing, allowance, and discount processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Review pricing data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Support internal reporting and data validation related to pricing programs.   Things you need to be able to do:   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential pricing and financial information with professionalism.   Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:   1–3 years of analytical, pricing, finance, or administrative experience. 2–3 years of experience working in an office environment preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Access or similar database systems. Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
