Charleston Veterinary Referral Center has a full-time immediate exciting and rewarding career opportunity in our Client Care Department! Compensation: $21-24/ hr based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Full-time 36 hours per week, Day Shifts

A little about the Role: Scheduling patient appointments with various departments, ensuring medical records and diagnostic images are obtained prior to visits, confirming appointments and providing relevant care instructions for drop-off’s, ensuring treatment plan estimates and related paperwork are prepared for patient arrivals.
A little about You: A skilled and motivated representative with attention to detail, strong communication skills with both clients and team members, and the ability to multi-task with a positive outlook in a fast paced environment.
CVRC, located in beautiful Charleston, SC, is one of the few VECCS Level 1 certified facilities in South Carolina! Our emergency center is staffed 24/7/365 to always support our community. Specialty services offered at CVRC include critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, medical oncology (radiation oncology coming soon!), anesthesia, neurology & neurosurgery, rehabilitation, soft tissue & orthopedic surgery. Our hospital is a newly renovated 32,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility and houses MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and digital radiographs for advanced diagnostic imaging.
