Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient care planning and contribute to team meetings.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas LVN license and current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
