We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Technician who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to make an impact.
Pay
- $20 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Overtime opportunities available
- Lead mitigation efforts on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects
- Perform detailed site assessments and execute mitigation plans
- Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment based on industry standards
- Document job progress, moisture readings, and job notes accurately
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
- Train and mentor Mitigation Helpers
- 1–3+ years of mitigation/restoration experience
- Working knowledge of drying principles and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
- IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying) – preferred
- Leadership mindset and ability to guide team members
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team
