Job DetailsJob Location: Hoeg CILA - Mt Prospect, IL 60056Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $21.35 - $21.35 HourlyResidential Counselor – Hoeg CILA  A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities. Location: Mount Prospect, IL Hours: Full-Time Schedule: Sunday 9am-Monday 9am & Tuesday 5pm-Wednesday 9am (40hrs) Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!   Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
