About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to support our service and dispatch operations. This role serves as a key link between customers and technical teams, ensuring service requests, installations, and deliveries are scheduled accurately and handled with care.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and confidently manages multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions in person and over the phone
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and service records
  • Communicate customer needs clearly to technicians and internal teams
  • Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
  • Support team collaboration while adapting to changing priorities and daily demands

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or front office support
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Flexible availability, including overtime as needed - peak season may require up to six days/week.
