DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 21+ years of age
• Legally allowed to possess or purchase a firearm
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

Although not required, possessing extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold is a plus!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RANGE SAFETY OFFICER (RSO) - SALES ASSOCIATE?

You engage customers as they enter the store, ask questions to understand their needs, and guide them to the right merchandise. You explain product features, retrieve items from inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked. At the register, you manage payments, returns, and exchanges accurately. In the range, you oversee safety practices, assist with targets, and maintain a safe environment. You also complete firearm transfer documentation and support team tasks as needed.

Your Hours:

This Range Safety Officer (RSO) - Sales Associate role offers full- or part-time evening and weekend shifts during our business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with overtime opportunities available.
