HomeLight is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding adoption of the HomeLight platform by engaging high-performing real estate agents and guiding them through a thoughtful, consultative onboarding experience.
You’ll focus on building trust with agents, understanding their business needs, and helping them see how HomeLight can become a valuable, long-term partner. You’ll work closely with a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in an assigned market and take full ownership of the agent journey from first contact through successful activation, before transitioning the relationship to the SRM. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who brings curiosity, grit, and a desire to learn in a fast-moving tech environment.
