You are comfortable on a motorcycle, possess strong communication skills for building rapport, and are willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A valid motorcycle endorsement or the willingness to obtain one is also required.

Greet every guest with energy and purpose — no missed opportunities.
Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget.
Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience.
Guide customers through the sales process: demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination.
Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.
Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork.
Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals.
Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or retail preferred).
A competitive, goal-driven mindset — you want to be #1.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
Must be comfortable on a motorcycle and excited to learn the product.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and major sales events.
Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one).
