The position is open to 2026 and 2027 graduates, offering visa support.

Join a stable, high-functioning team of 12 EM physicians and 3 APPs at Sky Lakes Medical Center, a Level III Trauma facility. Handling 35,000 annual visits, our ED is the primary critical care hub for a massive 10,000-square-mile region. We offer a transparent and competitive hourly structure that rewards productivity and night-shift coverage:
Emergency Department Differentials/Bonuses
Base Starting Rate
$240.00 per hour worked
Night Shift Differential$50.00 per hour worked
Providing same-day coverage of a full shift - Bonus$750.00 bonus per shift
Shifts beyond 15 full-time shifts in a calendar month - Differential$120.00 per hour worked
