You are proficient in CPR and ACLS, and ideally possess experience in neurosurgery or a similar field, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred.

Job Description
Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Operative Neurosurgery)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Environment: Inpatient and Outpatient Clinic
Salary / Hourly Rate: $140,000 – $180,000 annually DOE and productivity
Bonus Offered: Monthly productivity bonus

On Call Required: Yes – participation in after-hours and weekend call rotation
