We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up. Our interview process is designed to make you feel like you know us and are a good fit for our team. The first step in our interview process is a video or phone chat with a member of our recruiting team. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session.
