Duties and Responsibilities:

• The SLP works in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings.

• The SLP also supplies the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list.

• NHA provides specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as, resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or hgiher in comminication disorders or speech-language pathology from a regionally accredited instituion
• Verification of 8-week practicum with children and students ages 0-21 in a school setting frull time under the supervision of a professionally licensed SLP
• School Speech - Language Pathologist Special Services License issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
• Speec- Language Pathologist License issued by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) OR Valid ASHA CCC-SLP Certification

$ 65,520.00 to $72,037.80 will be the pay range and is commensurate with experience, education, and market as defined by NHA. The pay range listed is just one component of NHA's total compensation package.
