- Assist technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Perform basic vehicle services under supervision.
- Learn manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and dealership processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Participate in training and development programs to grow technical skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive trade school or vocational program enrollment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to pursue a career as an automotive technician.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
