Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri and Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat Part-Time | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Who We Are

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a compassionate and skilled nurse who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided
Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team
Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support
Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Diploma from an accredited nursing program
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
