What You Will Do

As a Mid-Level Provider at our High Point location, you will be at the heart of patient care — building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting thorough history and physical examinations with precision and compassion
  • Developing and staffing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with your supervising physician
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Interpreting radiology and lab studies to guide clinical decision-making
  • Educating patients and their families on best practices for home care and recovery
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinating referrals to specialists when needed to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

You are not just clinically sharp — you are someone who lights up a room, puts patients at ease, and brings energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. Here is what we are looking for:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
  • Active NP or PA license in the state of North Carolina — required
  • 1–2 years of direct clinical experience in one or more specialties preferred
  • This position is fully in-person at our Wilmington, NC, location
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and clinical procedures
  • Natural ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable and proficient with clinical technology and computer systems
