Kidsteps, Lumibility’s Birth to Three program, is offering a temporary 3–5 month Physical Therapist opportunity. Whether you’re between positions, looking for a meaningful short-term experience, or considering a transition into early intervention, this role offers hands-on experience with the support of an established, collaborative team.
Hours: Full or Part Time (20-40 hours/week)
Location: Middletown area

What You’ll Do
· Provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) in home and community settings
· Partner with families using a coaching and strengths-based approach
· Collaborate with service coordinators and other early intervention providers
· Complete documentation using electronic systems (training provided)
· Learn the full scope of Birth to Three service delivery with real-world experience
