Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and love staying organized? Join our team as a Parts Core Packaging Processor! In this role, you’ll help identify, group, and package core parts by type and vendor while ensuring everything is documented and ready to ship.

Shift Available:

  • Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Process incoming core transfers from TCI locations.
  • Stay up to date on vendor requirements and core processing policies.
  • Sort cores by type and vendor to prep them for return.
  • Package cores for shipment, making sure all vendor and carrier guidelines are met.
  • Keep accurate records of packaged cores, including counts and part numbers, and submit them to the Parts Core Admin for processing.
  • Performs general warehouse duties.
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace that meets OSHA and TCI standards.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with shipping, packaging, hazmat processes, and safety protocols.
  • Forklift certification required; truck parts knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in proper packaging techniques to ensure safety of core parts and personnel handling
  • Demonstrated understanding of vendor core criteria and vendor core return processes
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds at times
  • Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
