Description

We have immediate openings for Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives.

This position starts between $16-18 an hour. The next training class will begin June 1, 2026

Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers all over the country.

We provide fully paid training and offer several schedule choices.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collect information from our customers
  • Follow company processes and procedures
  • This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS

Requirements

  • You want to work in a call center environment where you will help keep people safe
  • You are detailed oriented
  • You have solid communication skills
  • You enjoy learning new skills and applications
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment
