Qualifications

You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NYS driver's license. Prior experience in groundskeeping and operating grounds equipment is preferred, along with the ability to follow instructions and handle confidential information professionally.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Lead Groundskeeper and/or the department supervisor, provides groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow/ice removal.

• Valid NYS driver's license consistent with FLH Motor Vehicle Policy


PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
• Prior experience in groundskeeping/landscaping and use of grounds equipment.


SKILLS:
Minimum:
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
