Now Hiring: Barista – Hope College Café!
Creative Dining Services is seeking a friendly, reliable Barista to join our new café at Hope College! The Barista provides fast, efficient, and welcoming service while preparing high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to standard recipes
- Deliver excellent customer service in a positive environment
- Operate register and credit card machine accurately
- Resolve customer concerns proactively
- Follow safe work practices and stay current on coffee trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year retail or 6 months specialty coffee experience
- Basic computer skills
