Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Office Manager to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role combines administrative support, customer service, and office coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking (if applicable)

  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks

  • Help organize meetings, events, and internal communications



Full-Time  Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
