La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, we have provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. Job Summary:
Management of the overall operations for various LCDF programs which include Primary Care. Behavioral Health. Dental, and School-Based Health Center. Administrative supervision of Medical Director, Nursing Director, Dental Director, and support staff including but not limited to the Front Office Coordinator, Promotors, Janitorial staff, and Medical Records. In cooperation with the Medical Director and Dental Director at the site which all productivity and goals meet.

  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy of patient, client, family, and employee information in verbal, written, telephonic and electronic forms always in accordance with HIP AA and other federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrates mastery of computer programs and technology needed to perform job duties and engages in continuous learning to develop related skills and capabilities.
Job Requirements:
  • BA in Administration or Management or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
