We hire at multiple technician levels:
Apprentice: Completed oil burner training or CETP program
Journeyman: At least one year of relevant oil and/or propane service experience
Master: Two+ years of relevant oil and/or propane service experience
Skills & Attributes:
Dependability and a strong commitment to customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Professional integrity and understanding of our Brand Promise, Guarantees & Pledges
Effective communication skills with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
Licensing & Certifications:
Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master designation (where state-required)
CETP certification for propane technicians
Valid driver’s license that meets company standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
