   *Internships can last anywhere from 3 months to 24 months - depending on mutual interest and availability.
 
Through DRMP’s college internship opportunity, students will gain practical experience while earning an engineering degree and exploring a potential career path in Engineering. This opportunity is for our Structures Division.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Assist in the production of preliminary and final engineering calculations and drawings for transportation projects
• Prepare and check quantity calculations
• Participate in engineering alternatives analysis by completing well-defined tasks including collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, and evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
