WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and external vendors entering the Corporate Retail Center, providing a welcoming and professional experience.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 5151 S 400 E, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Politely greet members and business partners, direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain visitor log, distribute visitor badges.
• Receive, distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
