• Support classrooms serving children from birth through Kindergarten
• Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and activities
• Provide coverage for breaks, absences, and additional support needs
• Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
• Perform diapering and toileting support as needed
• Assist with feeding, cleanup, and classroom organization
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Comfortable working with infants through Kindergarten-aged children
• Willingness to change diapers and assist in personal care routines
• Ability to adapt quickly in a flexible, fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively engage in classroom activities
