Job Description

Hourly Compensation: $26- $29 per hour.  Full-Time, Hourly, Nonexempt position

Position Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator provides a wide variety of administrative, logistical, and staff support services to Talent Acquisition covering all operational aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment and advertising strategies, and project management tasks.  This position also ensures that applicant and candidate and data is processed timely and entered into the system of record within the identified specifications to ensure efficiency and accuracy regarding the staffing and selection process. Your primary contribution will be to ensure Talent Acquisition service delivery is consistently high-quality, while presenting customers with an extraordinary hiring experience.

Recruitment Coordinator Position Responsibilities:  Essential

This position requires strong interpersonal, organization, time management, data entry, and communication skills paired with a dedicated customer service mentality. As the face of the organization in many situations, the individual must create and maintain a positive image through interactions with applicants, creating a positive experience.

  • Contacting potential candidates for interviews
  • Organize and schedule interviews of selected candidates with all in the selection/interview process.
  • Provide recruiting and administrative support
  • Provide lead generation and data entry
  • Initiate background checks for all candidates
  • Initiate reference checking for all candidates
  • Assisting recruiters in all recruiting activities
  • Virtually greet and escort candidates to interviews
  • Sending candidates directions and interview instructions
  • Process reimbursements for candidates post interview
  • Respond to candidates regarding recruitment inquiries
  • Maintain calendar of candidate interviews for recruiting team
  • Update and manage candidate records and data in Microsoft CRM
  • Track all recruiting activity using Customer Relationship Management and/or Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate recruiting data

Essential and Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education for Recruitment Coordinator Position:

  • Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
  • Zoom meeting scheduling
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Must be comfortable cold calling
  • Experience in healthcare or recruiting healthcare positions highly desirable
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • 2 years’ experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of databases and business systems, preferred
  • 1 year experience in recruitment ATS and/or HRIS technology preferred.

    Mental and Physical Demands (per ADA guidelines)

    Physical Demands: Sitting for long periods of time. Occupation requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day)

    Travel Demands: May require up to 10% of time traveling to hospitals and vendor sites
