Job Description
Hourly Compensation: $26- $29 per hour. Full-Time, Hourly, Nonexempt position
Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator provides a wide variety of administrative, logistical, and staff support services to Talent Acquisition covering all operational aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment and advertising strategies, and project management tasks. This position also ensures that applicant and candidate and data is processed timely and entered into the system of record within the identified specifications to ensure efficiency and accuracy regarding the staffing and selection process. Your primary contribution will be to ensure Talent Acquisition service delivery is consistently high-quality, while presenting customers with an extraordinary hiring experience.

This position requires strong interpersonal, organization, time management, data entry, and communication skills paired with a dedicated customer service mentality. As the face of the organization in many situations, the individual must create and maintain a positive image through interactions with applicants, creating a positive experience.
