Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands on experience in full cycle recruiting while supporting senior recruiters across a variety of talent initiatives. Throughout the 10 week program, you will: • Jump into the world of Talent Acquisition by assisting with candidate engagement, scheduling interviews, and supporting day to day hiring activities that keep the Talent Acquisition engine running. • Build a strong foundation in recruiting operations, employer branding, and the end to end candidate journey. • Play a key role in planning and executing TA events, including university recruiting programs and fall campus engagement initiatives. • Help bring people together by coordinating team activities, hiring events, and candidate engagement moments that shape a memorable experience. • Explore and analyze generational trends, engagement styles, and emerging talent market shifts to help sharpen our outreach strategies and elevate our employer brand voice. • Support the TA team with pre employment processes and a variety of Talent Acquisition functions that give you hands on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. • Partner with the team to enhance processes, documentation, and communication workflows, contributing ideas that make our operations smoother and more impactful.Qualifications• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Ability to function effectively in a corporate, fast paced, professional environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. • Openness to learning, getting feedback, and developing new skills.
