C

Community Reach Center

Founded in 1957, providing 65+ years of behavioral health leadership for Adams County. What began as a small group of mental health professionals from the University of Colorado Medical Center has grown into a trusted behavioral health provider. Ten years later, the government passed the Community Mental Health Act to improve mental health care as part of President Kennedy's plan for better mental health treatment. Community Reach Center was the first in our region to get support from this new law. With this support, we created a safe place for mental health care that people from other states came to see. Now, over 65 years later, we support around 10,000 people every year. Our care extends beyond our clinics, reaching individuals in schools, homes, and throughout the community to ensure accessible and compassionate support for all.
